Coops MicroCreamery Hot Fudge or Salted Caramel Sauce (Vegan Version Available Too)
I stumbled upon Coop's many years ago after reading about their having received multiple awards in food competitions and being recognized by the food industry for their high quality and innovative packaging. The design of their jars is fantastic but what is inside them is even more amazing! Though I typically strive to support Northwest confection businesses, I have made an exception to my rule here.
Coop's Handmade Hot Fudge is a winner of a coveted sofi award by the Specialty Food Association—presented June 30, 2014 at the New York Fancy Food Show. Coop's Handmade Salted Caramel also won a sofi award—presented June 29, 2015 for best Dessert Topping or Syrup and was featured on the TODAY show July 24, 2015.
All of COOP’s sauces are made with the highest quality ingredients and ones you can pronounce, never anything artificial. Fresh cream, cane sugar, butter, chocolate, cocoa powder, and brown sugar are the only ingredients in both sauces.
Not only are these amazing sauces but Coop's MicroCreamery has partnered with Project Place’s WOW (Working Opportunities for Women). Project Place is a Boston-based social services agency that promotes a community of hope and opportunity for homeless and low-income individuals by providing the skills, education and resources needed to obtain and sustain employment and housing. Their goal is to end homelessness by providing pathways to attain jobs, housing, & hope. COOP’s became WOW’s first customer back in 2016 and they haven’t looked back since.
So this is one company that I am very pleased to help support by featuring their products.
Currently we only have the the vegan version hot fudge sauce available.
