SRSLY chocolate owners Bob Williamson and Robin Simoneaux-Williamson have been making chocolate from scratch using fine flavor organic cacao for over seven years. Their DIY ethos extends to every step of the chocolate-making process. They start with dried, fermented cacao beans that are roasted with all of the cacao beans husks being donated to local farms for mulch. The nibs that are left are roughly ground into a paste and refined with sugar to produce the smooth yet assertive chocolate that defines SRSLY chocolate.
